Latitude is looking for an experienced IP Administrator for an exciting in-house opportunity with an organization ln the San Francisco/Bay Area that is focused on energy and environmental issues. This job is fully remote (although living in San Francisco/Bay Area is preferred). Applicants must have significant experience preparing and submitting patent applications as well as liaising with patent counsel and inventors. This is an immediate need that is scheduled to last at least 2-3 months.

Requirements for the Intellectual Property Administrator (contract and remote):

• 3+ years working as an IP Administrator
• Significant experience preparing and submitting patent applications
• Extensive experience liaising with patent counsel and inventors
• Strong communication skills
• Capability and experience to work independently and with a team

Position Details for the Intellectual Property Administrator (contract and remote):

• Type of Role: Engagement
• Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Compensation

The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
