Leading aviation company is seeking a Paralegal / Contract Manager for a one-year contract. This is a 40-hour/week role, and is fully remote. The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certification and at least 4 years of experience as a transactional paralegal or contract manager in a law firm or large publicly-traded company, with strong knowledge of commercial contract principles and procedures, including non-disclosure agreements.

Scope of Work

Title: Paralegal / Contract Manager (Secondment)

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Remote

Hourly Pay Rate: $35-$45 / hour ($70,000 - $90,000 annualized)

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, and negotiate contracts for the worldwide sales team.
• Work independently with internal clients and outside parties on sales transactions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete corporate and travel agency contracts, sponsorships, and participate in events.
• Review, draft, revise, and assist in negotiating various commercial agreements, including sales agreements, amendments, NDAs, sponsorships, event contracts, hotel contracts, releases, consulting agreements, and sustainable aviation fuel agreements.
• Develop, update, and maintain contract templates, forms, policies, and guidelines.
• Perform legal research and work on projects as assigned.
