Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in the field of intellectual disabilities.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• PA residency requirement is waived for this title.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan Oversight: Review Individual Support Plans to ensure service levels match assessed needs.
• Service Monitoring: Track how authorized services are used and identify trends affecting waiver budgets.
• Report Review: Collect and examine utilization reports from agencies to support planning.
• Provider Coordination: Work with providers to encourage timely billing and resolve reporting issues.
• Data Evaluation: Assess service use and authorizations to determine effects on budgets and enrollment.
• Quality Support: Assist with risk management and quality improvement efforts.
