NexTech Solutions LLC in Northern Virginia / Washington, DC area seeks an Intel Research Analyst to serve as a Customer Success Manager, supporting CONUS users and guiding OSINT workflows and analytical processes. You will deliver training, create materials, troubleshoot issues, and relay actionable user feedback to inform system improvements and the product roadmap.

This hybrid role requires 10+ years in the field and an active clearance, with up to 25% travel.

Competenze

• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
• 10+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (FSR, FDE, Solutions Engineer, Technical Trainer, or similar).

Mansioni

• Serve as the traveling, customer-facing technical representative for deployed software.
• Support CONUS customer locations up to 25% travel.
• Guide technical and non-technical users through complex Intelligence research workflows and tools.
• Deliver training sessions, workflow demonstrations, and user onboarding.
• Create training materials to support training events.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate fixes with internal engineering teams.
• Document user challenges and relay actionable feedback.
