Job summary

ISN is seeking an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst / Team Lead to support the Verification & Triage Unit (VTU) for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. You will provide task management, oversight, and analytical support across government programs and security processes.

The role requires 8+ years in data analytics and strong expertise with Microsoft Access, dashboards, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and presentation of operational data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Office applications.
• Familiarity with government/DoD programs and security processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead VTU operations and coordinate program personnel.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance improvements.
• Oversee verification, triage, and case processing activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and performance requirements.
