Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) seeks an Intel Collective Trainer to support Camp Atterbury, IN, delivering live and constructive Mission command training. The role requires active Secret clearance and senior Army leadership with training management experience.

You will work with TUCs, adapt OPORDs and scenarios for unit needs, and coordinate with teams to ensure realistic and effective training environments. This is a role for seasoned staff officers with battlefield functional expertise.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Senior Army leadership with training management background.
• Battalion or higher staff experience.
• 6+ years of combined staff experience in the Warfighting Function or similar.

Responsibilities

• Supports live and constructive Mission command training.
• Maintains currency with TRADOC doctrine and provides updated training OPORDs and Scenarios.
• Manipulates OPORD or scenarios with TUC to fit unit needs and create realistic training events.
• Works with the TUC to tailor materials for low density branches (e.g., chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires).
• Exhibits flexibility to adapt training teams and requirements as needed.
