Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Previous senior Army leadership experience with a training management background.
• Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer experience required.
• At least 6 years’ combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function.
• Recent experience working within the ARNG training support system.

Responsibilities

• Support live and constructive Mission command training.
• Work with TUC to create realistic training events.
• Maintain DTT flexibility for training support.
• Ensure unit’s needs are met in training scenarios.
