Intel Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (remote)

The Intel Analyst plays a critical role in supporting proactive risk management and operational readiness across all company-owned properties and special events. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and communicating actionable intelligence to help protect people, assets, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess threats: Collect and analyze intelligence from diverse sources, including open-source data, internal systems, and industry reports, to identify and assess emerging risks.
  • Develop actionable reports: Create concise, well-structured intelligence summaries and briefings tailored to different business units and operational teams.
  • Support risk mitigation: Evaluate and prioritize threats affecting various business lines and recommend mitigation and response strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with global security operations, investigations, and event management teams to ensure timely and accurate intelligence sharing.
  • Maintain strong relationships: Represent the intelligence function with professionalism in interactions with internal clients, external partners, and vendors.
  • Drive process improvement: Identify new tools, data sources, and workflows to strengthen the intelligence program’s overall effectiveness.
Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or a related field.

  • Experience in a corporate, global, or technology-driven environment is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer.
  • Occasional bending, walking, lifting, and climbing stairs during site visits or event coverage.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel locally as required.
