Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa invites applications for the Integrative Wellbeing Coordinator role in Austin, TX. This position supports group sales and coordinates group programs, acting as the main contact for corporate clients and event organizers to ensure a seamless booking and onsite experience.

You will work with hospitality teams to deliver exceptional service, align programming with Miraval’s wellness ethos, and manage schedules, logistics, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, ideally in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Resort Suite, Envision, and other CRM systems.
• Passion for wellness and hospitality.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Previous resort experience preferred.
