CODAC Health Recovery & Wellness in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced clinical therapist to provide outpatient services for members and families affected by mental health and addiction disorders. The role emphasizes integrative health and recovery using a collaborative, community-focused approach.

The candidate will assess, diagnose and deliver individual, group and family therapy, coordinate referrals, maintain precise records and contribute to program development within a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related behavioral health.
• Two years of related experience.
• Licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health at the Associate Level.
• Arizona Driver's license, proof of insurance, willingness to use personal vehicle.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record – up to 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Clinical Supervision Certification through AZBBHE preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs assessment and initial diagnostic evaluation and offers integrative clinical recommendations.
• Provides individual, group, family therapy and aftercare services for members.
• Provides referrals for other supportive services as needed.
• Works with adult member recovery teams and clinical staff to plan and promote recovery.
• Continuously improves quality of therapy via supervision and literature review.
• Maintains member records per agency and funding source requirements.
• Interfaces with community agency personnel as directed by Therapy Services Director.
• Participates in ongoing services planning and development.
• Delivers clinical services in members' homes, office, schools or community settings.
• Performs other duties as agency grows and changes.
