Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Integration Developer to join our post-sales team in Raleigh, NC. You will collaborate with Integration Consultants to understand client needs and design customized integration solutions using Open REST APIs, TypeScript, NodeJS, React, ReactNative, and MySQL.

You will guide clients, ensure security and performance, and contribute to documentation while working with cross-functional partners to deliver value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand client integration requirements and business processes with Integration Consultants.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions aligning with client objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Integration Consultants and clients.
• Leverage Open REST APIs to create customized integration solutions.
• Develop solutions using relevant APIs, connectors, and data transformation techniques.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams to prioritize customer requirements.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions with testing and QA.
• Create technical documentation including specifications and progress reports.
• Communicate project status and technical details to internal teams and clients.
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting during integration projects.
• Offer ongoing technical support to ensure smooth project execution.
