Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with analysts, developers, and data architects to ensure integration development meets requirements and delivers optimal performance.
• Debug issues in production environment and be part of production support for Oracle SOA and integration solutions.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Oracle SOA composites using BPEL activities, JCA Adapters, and Enterprise Scheduler Service jobs in Oracle SOA Suite 12C.
• Develop and maintain integrations using WebMethods, EDI x12 4010 810 & 820, and WebServices; leverage other integration and cloud platform tools as needed.
• Write and consume SOAP and RESTful based Web Services and implement systems integrations using XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, and XQuery.
• Participate in testing with analysts and business users to expand functional and technical skill sets.
• Deliver assigned work with quality and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Create technical design and support documentation for all integration solutions.
• Work in an agile team—plan, prioritize, design, test, and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of solutions.
• Develop strong SQL and PL/SQL skills to support data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting across Oracle ERP systems.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in IT or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
• 2+ years of integration/SOA development experience.
• Oracle SOA expertise: design, develop, deploy, and maintain Oracle SOA composites; working knowledge of BPEL activities, JCA Adapters, and Enterprise Scheduler Service jobs in Oracle SOA Suite (preferably 12C).
• Experience with WebMethods, EDI x12 4010 810 & 820, and WebServices; knowledge of other integration and cloud platform tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL development; experience writing and consuming SOAP and RESTful Web Services using XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, XQuery; Oracle ERP and database knowledge is a plus.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in SOAP and RESTful Web Services, EDI X12 (4010 810 & 820), and integration technologies including cXML, JSON, SFTP, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, and XQuery.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and general database operations; proficiency with object‑oriented development and data sources including Oracle and MongoDB.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs, performing root‑cause analysis and driving permanent fixes.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving capabilities; experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, NodeJS, Springboot, and Shell Scripting is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities; willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Salary and Benefits

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range is $82,400 to $103,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
