Stack Adapt is seeking a remote integrations developer to design, build, and maintain modular integrations and automation that connect internal systems with third-party platforms, with a focus on ERP and finance tools.

The role collaborates with IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to translate business needs into reliable technical workflows and participates in an on-call rotation for production incidents.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/Go/Node.js) for automation.
• Experience building integrations with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Make) and API tech.
• Experience integrating ERP/finance systems (NetSuite, SAP, Workday) with internal processes.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain modular integrations and automation between internal systems and third-party platforms, focusing on ERP and finance systems.

• Build and manage integrations using iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Make) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback on correctness, readability, and maintainability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, monitor system health, improve logging and error handling, and resolve production incidents.
• Progress through ramp-up: learn the integration ecosystem in two months, own at least one active integration by month three or four, and deliver a complete integration by month six.

Role overview

This is a remote integrations developer position focused on building and maintaining modular integration and automation solutions that connect internal systems with third-party platforms, including ERP and finance tools. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders in IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to translate business needs into reliable technical workflows. It also includes production support responsibilities through a shared on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular integrations and automation solutions between internal systems and third-party platforms, with emphasis on ERP and finance systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to gather requirements, assess risks, and define delivery milestones.
• Build and manage integrations using iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Make, applying REST, SOAP, and related API standards.
• Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers on correctness, readability, and maintainability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, monitor system health, improve logging and error handling, and resolve root causes of production incidents.
• Progress through a structured ramp-up: learn the integration ecosystem in the first two months, own at least one active integration by month three or four, and deliver a complete integration or automation enhancement independently by month six.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one software language such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js, with experience building automation and integration solutions.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Make, plus solid understanding of REST, SOAP, and related API technologies.
• Experience integrating ERP or finance systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or similar, and the ability to bridge gaps between vendor platforms and internal business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud compute infrastructure and a track record of estimating and delivering development work within agreed timelines.
