Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced M&A Integration Lead to translate due diligence findings into actionable integration plans for Finance, Tax, and Treasury, aligning with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday.

You will manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate with senior leadership, and ensure timely delivery while mitigating risks and guiding change management in a fully remote US-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5–7 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• 3–5 years of mergers and acquisitions experience with end-to-end integration.

Job description

Accountabilities:

• M&A integration planning: Translate due diligence findings into comprehensive integration plans for assigned functions, ensuring alignment with strategic investment objectives, business priorities, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
• ERP integration and migration: Lead integration workstreams involving enterprise resource planning systems, including Oracle, SAP, Workday, and similar platforms, with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Treasury operations.
• Project execution and delivery: Manage the day-to-day execution of integration initiatives, overseeing project timelines, resources, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Stakeholder alignment and leadership: Secure alignment from senior leadership, corporate development teams, departmental leaders, and integration workstream owners. Establish clear expectations, maintain accountability, and ensure consistent communication throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Cross-functional coordination: Partner with functional leaders, acquired businesses, the Integration Management Office, and internal and external stakeholders, including onshore and offshore teams and third-party vendors, to coordinate activities and maintain alignment across workstreams.
• Progress monitoring and reporting: Facilitate workstream meetings, track action items, monitor project performance, and provide timely status reports to project teams and senior leadership. Escalate risks, delays, dependencies, and blockers while driving appropriate resolution.
• Change management and risk mitigation: Identify integration challenges early, manage project risks, support stakeholders through organizational and operational changes, and ensure that integration plans remain aligned with evolving business needs.
• Process governance and quality assurance: Apply established project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to maintain consistency, transparency, and quality across integration initiatives.
• Post-integration evaluation: Conduct postmortem reviews, document lessons learned, identify successful practices and improvement opportunities, and incorporate findings into future integration strategies.
• Integration playbooks and continuous improvement: Support the development and maintenance of integration strategies, planning materials, playbooks, and tools. Recommend improvements to integration processes and methodologies.
• Team development and coaching: Provide project management guidance and coaching to team members across supported functions, promoting collaboration, effective execution, and accountability.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5–7 years of project management experience , including the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• At least 3–5 years of mergers and acquisitions experience , with a strong understanding of the end-to-end M&A integration lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP integrations or migrations, including platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting integration activities, with experience in Tax, Treasury, or related corporate functions considered valuable.
• Experience translating due diligence findings into integration plans, coordinating workstreams, managing dependencies, and tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Integration Management Office (IMO) structures and finance- or accounting-focused M&A integration programs is preferred.
• Project management or change management certifications, such as PMP, CCMP, or equivalent credentials, are advantageous.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, evaluate risks, and develop practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and coordinate diverse teams.
