Job summary

TestingXperts Inc. DBA Damcosoft is seeking an Integration Test Lead to oversee SAP-led, end-to-end integrated testing in a complex enterprise transformation. On-site in Irving, TX, you will guide test strategy, governance, and cross-functional execution across SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.

The role demands 10+ years in enterprise testing with strong SAP experience and proven leadership in coordinating multi-tower testing efforts and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years enterprise testing experience preferred.
• Strong SAP program testing experience and governance across SIT/UAT/regression.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP testing across modules and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated testing strategy across all workstreams and dependent systems.
• Develop and maintain the master integrated test plan.
• Define end-to-end business process scenarios and coverage models.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and release validation activities; Control Tower execution.
• Lead daily testing control tower operations and risk management.
• Drive defect triage, prioritization, and cross-workstream resolution.
• Provide unified defect visibility to leadership and executive dashboards.
• Present integrated quality status in release governance forums.
