Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior SAP Test Manager for SIT & UAT to define enterprise testing standards for SAP transformations. You will work with business, technology, system integrators, and partners to ensure readiness and quality across releases.

You will lead governance reviews, establish defect lifecycles, and drive metrics, dashboards, and reporting. The role requires extensive experience in SIT/UAT and SAP testing within complex programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software testing/quality engineering or related disciplines.
• Significant experience in enterprise testing governance for complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of test strategy, planning, traceability, and release-readiness controls.
• Experience establishing SIT/UAT standards, readiness criteria, and dashboards.
• Experience with ALM/Jira for defect tracking and reporting governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern SIT and UAT strategies, quality standards, test planning practices, governance checkpoints, and readiness criteria across releases and delivery models.
• Lead SIT readiness and governance reviews; oversee closure of actions, risks, and provide sign-off recommendations.
• Govern test design standards, traceability, risk-based testing, regression suite selection, and test evidence management.
• Define and maintain SIT/UAT defect lifecycle, aging, root cause analysis, and deferral controls.
• Define SIT/UAT metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards across execution and readiness.
