Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise testing experience.
• 5+ years in integration test leadership roles.
• Strong SAP program testing experience.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP integrated testing across modules and integrated systems.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, regression, and release readiness governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own integrated testing strategy across all workstreams and dependent systems.
• Develop and maintain the master integrated test plan.
• Define end-to-end business process scenarios and coverage models.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and release validation activities.
• Lead daily integrated testing control tower operations.
• Drive execution prioritization across testing towers and teams.
• Monitor test progress, environment dependencies, and execution risks.
• Coordinate issue resolution for integrated testing blockers.
• Lead cross-workstream defect triage and prioritization.
• Prioritize defects based on business impact and release risk.
• Coordinate retesting and defect closure activities.
• Provide unified defect visibility to leadership.
• Assess testing completeness and residual risk posture.
• Prepare enterprise readiness dashboards and executive reports.
• Provide formal go/no-go recommendations to program leadership.
• Present integrated quality status in release governance forums.
• Partner with solution architecture, business SMEs, program managers, and tower leads.
• Align integrated testing coverage with end-to-end workflows.
• Manage dependency tracking across systems and workstreams.
• Ensure unified testing execution across siloed delivery teams.
