Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH in New Hudson, MI, is seeking an Integration Technician to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot dispensing systems and related components for customer requirements.

The role is a first shift (6am–2:30pm) on-site, reporting to the Production Manager. You will perform quality inspections, document production steps, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a production environment.
  • Ability to learn computer programs.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, hazard recognition and safety.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and integrate dispensing systems and related components.
  • Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools and established procedures.
  • Perform quality inspections and functional testing.
  • Escalate issues affecting quality, safety, or delivery.
  • Complete production and quality documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

As a Integration Technician, your mission is to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot dispensing systems and related components to support customer requirements.You will report to the Production Manager.

This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6am-2:30pm.

You will

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a production environment
  • Ability to learn computer programs
  • Knowledge and skills in the construction, operation, and hazard recognition of electrical systems and equipment
  • Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics
  • Ability to use basic hand tools along with industry instruments including a voltage detector and caliper
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Continuous improvement mindset: ability to implement new processes and ideas
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize conflicting tasks, manage time effectively, and make certain independent decisions
  • Ability to stand forthe majority of an 8 hour work shift; 6 or more hours typically
  • Ability to lift up to 35-40 pounds periodically; lift assist available as needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
