Job summary

Henrob Corporation is seeking an Integration Technician to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot dispensing systems. You will report to the Production Manager on a 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) and work on-site at our New Hudson, MI location.

Responsibilities include assembly, troubleshooting with diagnostic tools, quality inspections, and maintaining documentation while upholding safety and continuous improvement practices. Strong reading of blueprints and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a production environment.
• Ability to learn computer programs.
• Knowledge of construction, operation, and hazard recognition of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to use basic hand tools along with industry instruments including a voltage detector and caliper.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Continuous improvement mindset: ability to implement new processes and ideas.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize conflicting tasks, manage time effectively.
• Ability to stand for the majority of an 8 hour work shift; 6 or more hours typically.
• Ability to lift up to 35-40 pounds periodically; lift assist available as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED Required

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate dispensing systems and related components.
• Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools and established procedures.
• Perform quality inspections and functional testing.
• Escalate issues affecting quality, safety, or delivery.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
