Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an Integration & Tech Support Specialist in Las Vegas, NV to lead merchant onboarding and platform integration. You will work with sales to grow our merchant base, build technical docs, and drive cross‑functional projects.

The role requires strong payment tech experience and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude. You will communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences, deliver training on gateway features, and help resolve complex merchant issues

Qualifications

• Strong technical acumen with knowledge of industry methodologies, architectures and internet technologies.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in global payments and omni‑channel commerce.
• Strong analytical skills with clear methodology and sound reasoning.
• Tenacious, resilient with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Exceptional listening, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management, planning, organization and time management.
• Energetic, focused and a team player.
• Self-starter in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical integration and onboarding of new merchants and partners.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle to win new business and grow existing merchants.
• Build, enhance and maintain technical documentation continuously.
• Contribute to scoping projects, build business cases and assist with product enhancements.
• Create and support custom reporting requests.
• Support third‑party software providers and other platforms in integrations.
• Provide gateway and feature training to merchants and partners as needed.
• Resolve merchant account or gateway issues and provide feedback to leadership.
• Represent the company professionally to strengthen the brand.
