Job summary

ReSource Pro in Maitland, FL is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Data Compliance to serve as the senior SME for financial data call and bureau reporting, owning accurate and timely submissions to NCCI and state regulators for clients.

You will lead bureau edits resolution, train staff, and drive process improvements that protect clients from regulatory fines while collaborating with Accounting and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Finance, or related field with 7+ years of experience in data management, reporting, and financial data call/bureau submission processes.
• Hands-on experience completing NCCI and/or state financial data call templates and resolving bureau edits and criticisms.
• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and working knowledge of SQL queries and database management.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity, deadline-driven work across multiple states and clients simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and provide guidance to less experienced team members, with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, including direct communication with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end completion of complex financial data call templates and submit accurately and timely to NCCI and state insurance regulatory bodies.
• Lead the resolution of bureau edits, criticisms, and rejections, partnering with Accounting and Technology teams to correct root causes.
• Train and mentor Analyst-level staff on financial data call processes and bureau submission requirements.
• Lead the design, maintenance, and improvement of complex databases and datafeeds supporting bureau reporting, and identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks.
• Build and maintain subject matter expertise on NCCI and state bureau requirements, representing ReSource Pro professionally with clients and regulators.

Your Role...

In this role, you will...

What You Need to be Successful...

Your Compensation…

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. The salary range for this role is $55,822-$94,760 per year. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
