Job summary

RateHawk is seeking an Integration Support Manager to join the Supplier Support team to ensure the Altbook feature runs smoothly and performs well. You will monitor booking success rates, identify supplier issues, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical problems and restore access when needed.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with API concepts, Postman, logs, and monitoring systems, plus excellent English communication with international vendors.

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, with the ability to communicate confidently with English-speaking vendors both verbally and in writing.
