Job summary

LTIMindtree in Bartlesville, Oklahoma is seeking an Integration Support Analyst specialized in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and MuleSoft to monitor and support enterprise data pipelines. You will work onsite to ensure production stability and performance across critical integrations.

You will handle L2/L3 incidents, RCA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive smooth deployments and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Azure Data Factory and MuleSoft integrations.
• Proven ability to manage incidents and perform RCA.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for ADF pipelines and MuleSoft APIs.
• Monitor daily batch jobs, data loads, API executions, and workflows.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Support deployment, release management, and migrations.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, performance, and integration runtimes.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, database and business teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge repositories and dashboards.
• Support API governance, security, certificate renewals and access management.

Role Summary

The Integration Support Analyst is responsible for monitoring supporting troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise integration and data pipelines built using Azure Data Factory ADF and MuleSoft The role focuses on ensuring platform stability incident management data availability performance optimization and production support across businesscritical integrations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2L3 production support for ADF pipelines MuleSoft APIs and integrations
