Job summary

Galent in Houston, TX seeks an Integration Support Analyst focused on Azure Data Factory (ADF) and MuleSoft to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise integrations and data pipelines. You will ensure platform stability, manage incidents, and support production deployments onsite.

The role requires strong SQL skills, ITIL practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Onsite at Houston, you will own end-to-end production support, performance optimization, and data movement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of Azure Data Factory support and development experience.
• 2+ years of MuleSoft support and integration project experience.
• Experience working in production support and incident management environments.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• ITIL incident and change management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and automation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for ADF pipelines, MuleSoft APIs, and integrations.
• Monitor daily batch jobs, data loads, API executions, and integration workflows.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and job failures within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Support deployment, release management, and production migrations.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, performance, and integration runtime environments.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, database, and business teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge repositories, and operational dashboards.
• Support API governance, security, certificate renewals, and access management activities.

Job Summary

The Integration Support Analyst is responsible for monitoring, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise integrations and data pipelines built using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and MuleSoft.
