Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in integrations or data interfaces.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner, ADP, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, and secure file transfers.
• SQL, data mapping, and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and maintain integrations.
• Develop and support APIs, web services, middleware workflows, and ETL processes.
• Monitor integrations and data transfers for timely completion.
• Investigate and resolve interface failures and data discrepancies.
• Define data mappings, business rules, workflows with stakeholders.
• Coordinate deployments and post-implementation validation.
