Job summary

Koalafi, a modern pay-over-time financing platform, seeks an end-to-end integration owner to design how external partners and merchants integrate with us. From discovery through build, launch and ongoing support, you guide teams, validate implementations, and keep integrations healthy in production.

You’ll work cross-functionally with business development, product, and engineering to unblock deals, expand platform support, and improve the merchant experience, while owning the integration rollout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years in a technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns; e-commerce platform experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integrations from discovery to launch and production support.
• Guide partner development teams and validate implementations for reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate across business development, product, and engineering to unblock deals and expand platform support.
• Maintain integration documentation and governance, including rollout processes.
