We are seeking an Internal Support Specialist & Associate Software Developer to join our growing team! Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Technology, you will play a dual role, providing first-line support for Diverge Health’s internal technology tools while also contributing as a developer on our software engineering team.

You’ll be at the intersection of support, product development, and IT process improvement, helping our teams work smarter while building solutions that impact patient care.
In this multi-faceted role, you’ll support our internal teams with product knowledge, automate critical processes for our IT function, and deliver full‑stack software with our development organization.
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000, based on experience and alignment with role expectations. In addition to base compensation, we offer a competitive equity package, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
