We are seeking an Integration Data Intelligence Product Manager for the United States to lead new Non-Doc Verification products in North America, expanding in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in KYC/compliance, fintech or digital identity products.
• Experience in a technical product management role is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Identity Verification solutions and the Identity Verification market.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new database product releases and manage the portfolio of existing products.
• Manage integration partner relationships and seek opportunities for improvements.
• Reduce database product costs and implement redundancy options.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to expand the customer base and drive revenue.

Now we are looking for an Integration Product Manager / Data Intelligence Product Manager (United States) to establish leadership in developing and managing new Non-Doc Verification Products for the North America market.

This is a full-time role remotely from United States.

A Data Intelligence Global Product Manager at Sumsub is a part of the Data Intelligence team whose goal is to make all KYC-related operations safe, efficient, and effortless through the continuous development of our state-of-the-art Non-Doc Verification product suite. As the product is constantly growing and improving, so is our dedicated team of regional managers.

Therefore, we are now inviting an expert in the area of new as well as existing technology and data partner enablement to lead the North America market.

You will take over the

Expansion and management of the products and features in the region related to Non-Documentary Identity and Address Verification. Specifically, regarding the following:

• Mobile Driver's Licenses
• Identity Wallets
• Data Sources
• Open Banking

You will directly influence key metrics such as revenue, user growth, product adoption, and customer trust, helping Sumsub continue to protect millions of users worldwide.

What You'll Do At Sumsub

• Coordinate new database product releases and manage the portfolio of existing products.
• Manage integration partner relationships and continuously look for opportunities for improvements.
• Ensure ongoing reduction of database product costs as well as implementation of redundancy options.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to expand our customer base, maximize revenue, and drive retention.
• Collaborate with Legal and Data Protection teams to navigate commercial and regulatory challenges seamlessly.
• Work alongside Product Marketing to craft compelling go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and demand.

We’d love to hear from you if you have

• Experience in product management, with a focus on KYC, compliance, fintech, or digital identity products. Experience in a technical product management role is highly preferred.
• Solid notion of Identity Verification solutions and the Identity Verification market.
• Excellent command of English; notion of Spanish (B2-C2) will be a huge plus.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex product concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong partner/technology provider relationship management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple connections at once.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
