Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking an Integration & Operations Specialist to oversee operational, technology, and M&A integration functions as the business expands through strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives.

You will lead projects to unify processes, review tools and vendor contracts, and standardize infrastructure across acquisitions and new lines, while partnering with stakeholders to replace manual work with scalable tech-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, integration, consulting, or related environments.
  • Preferred experience at a consulting firm, wealth management, retirement, or insurance broker.
  • Hands-on experience improving processes, consolidating systems, streamlining vendors, or supporting integration initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results independently.
  • Comfortable working across teams and communicating with both operational and technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.

Our client is building a financial services platform and is seeking an Integration & Operations Specialist to oversee their operations, technology, and M&A integration functions. This role will focus on bringing together systems, vendors, and operational processes as the business continues to grow through strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities:
