Job summary

Venus Aerospace Corp. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Integration Facing) to turn ambitious concepts into scalable hardware.

You will shape foundational processes, launch new capabilities, and solve high‑impact manufacturing challenges across disciplines, driving speed, reliability, and innovation in a fast‑growing startup. You will write assembly instructions, develop test plans, and lead cross‑functional teams while ensuring tooling, documentation, and process development align with

Qualifications

5–10 years in manufacturing (Aerospace preferred).
Engineering degree or 10+ years hands‑on manufacturing experience.
Experience with CAD software and digital workflow tools.
Exposure to ASME/AS9100 standards.

Responsibilities

Write clear assembly instructions and develop component test plans.
Translate requirements between Engineering and Integration and design test tooling.
Drive process development by identifying gaps and designing tooling.
Plan tooling requirements and assess capabilities for integration efforts.
Collaborate with design teams to communicate manufacturing capabilities and steps.
Develop inventive solutions and resolve build issues in real time.
Lead teams through stand‑up and deployment of new manufacturing processes.
