Venus Aerospace is seeking an Aerospace Integration Technician to lead hands-on assembly, alignment, and integration of propulsion hardware in Houston. You will work on precision mechanical operations, harnessing, sensors, and instrumentation with tight tolerances to move from prototype to production-ready systems.

You will collaborate with engineering to refine designs, processes, and fixture development while maintaining strict safety and cleanliness standards in an R&D-to-production

Qualificações

• Hands-on with precision machined components or similar hardware.
• Ability to read CAD drawings, schematics, and assembly models.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical subsystems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed assembly, alignment, and integration of propulsion hardware.
• Execute precision mechanical operations: torquing, clocking, fixturing, alignment verification.
• Assist in developing and maturing build processes and tooling.
• Integrate wiring, sensors, and instrumentation with proper routing and shielding.
• Conduct system-level checkouts including leak, pressure, and continuity tests.
• Document builds and collaborate with engineering to refine tolerances and manufacturability.
• Help establish best practices from prototype to production baseline.
