You will work from schematics, perform operational testing and fault isolation, and contribute to design improvements for safe human spaceflight, with a Friday-Sunday shift from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

About the Job:In this role, you will provide hands-on electro-mechanical support across development, test, and flight environments within the Avionics Hardware Lab. Supporting engines, in-space systems, and test operations, you will assemble, fabricate, test, and repair flight-grade avionics, battery systems, power distribution, and wire harnesses. Working directly from schematics and engineering layouts, you will perform operational testing, fault isolation, and mechanical/electrical assembly, giving direct input on design improvements and process optimizations for safe human spaceflight.
Shift: C Shift | Friday – Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Kent, WA (Local candidates required)
3+ years of experience in aerospace avionics or related high-reliability fields (5–7 years preferred).
Demonstrated experience performing hands-on component-level board work, mechanical assembly, and wire harness fabrication.
Experience inspecting and certifying work to relevant aerospace specifications and standards.
Experience in ESD Electrostatic Protected Areas (EPA) and tool control/accountability processes.
Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
