Job summary

Ash Group is hiring an Integration Engineer for a 12-month contract in Plano, TX (Hybrid). The pay rate is up to $65/hr W2, with medical/dental/vision benefits and a 4% matched 401(k) after six months.

Responsibilities include analyzing solution design and network topology, preparing configurations for deployments, and designing tests for integration and performance. Collaboration with architects and engineers will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with RAN, core, radio concepts and latency/throughput trade-offs.
• Understanding of private networks vs public/Wi-Fi, esp. in industrial environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based management portals and IT/OT integration.
• Knowledge of zero-trust security principles in test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze solution design, network topology, and integration requirements to define integration strategy and test criteria for nodes and end-to-end network functions.
• Prepare and execute configuration, integration, and verification activities for deployments, upgrades, migrations, and expansions of network nodes/systems.
• Design, implement, and execute test cases (integration, regression, basic performance) and analyze results to troubleshoot issues.
• Support System Integration Test and Integration Test phases and report results.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Network Engineers, Project Managers, and Operations teams to plan and handover to operations.
