Job summary

Cinter Career Services, LLC is seeking a Sr. Network Architect in Plano, TX, offering hybrid work with two days in the office. This W-2 contract role expects deep enterprise networking expertise and leadership in architecture, security, and cloud-adjacent services.

The right candidate will define standards, drive modernization, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors to deliver scalable network solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years enterprise network engineering/architecture experience.
• Experience across LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security, Cloud-adjacent services.
• Proven experience with RFPs and presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience managing external vendors/suppliers.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise manufacturing networks preferred.
• Familiarity with AI, automation and network analytics tools such as Ansible, Terraform, ThousandEyes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain network architecture principles, patterns, standards, and implementation guidance across the enterprise.
• Evaluate current-state network technologies, identify gaps, and drive modernization and roadmap decisions.
• Lead RFP development, evaluate proposals, and present technology recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with engineering, operations, business teams, suppliers, and vendors to implement network solutions.
• Provide architectural support for escalated production issues and durable remediation.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled tooling to improve efficiency and quality.
• Establish guardrails, standards and governance across a multi-technology environment.
