About the Role

As a Sales Engineer for API and DMS, you will engage with clients as their first contact, planning and coordinating technical projects, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Your work involves pre-sales activities, system analysis, software integration, and post-installation assessments, primarily with Document Management Systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client satisfaction with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects.
• Plan and execute implementation projects, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Create project reports and communicate status effectively.
• Track project performance, manage risks, and address issues.
• Coordinate responses to client inquiries and feedback.
• Identify, customize, and implement solutions based on client needs.
• Analyze client requirements and assist in designing business processes.
• Test, document, and train clients on software applications.

Requirements

• Strong technology or legal background, familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, Windows Server, and Document Management Systems like iManage and NetDocuments.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of market competition and company differentiators.
• Ability to lead small project teams and mentor junior staff occasionally.
