Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, develop, operate, and improve ServiceNow integrations across enterprise systems and partner platforms. You will leverage Integration Hub, MID Servers, and APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and orchestration.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and platform integration.
• Hands-on API experience: REST, TMF Open APIs, SOAP, Scripted REST, and transform maps.
• MID Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Understanding API security (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, SSL certificates, token management).
• JavaScript scripting on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in telecom, OSS/BSS or service assurance and network engineering.
• Basic networking knowledge including DNS, proxy, firewall, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Your roleAs an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, operating, and improving ServiceNow integrations with a wide range of enterprise systems, partner platforms, monitoring tools, and OSS/BSS applications.
