The role requires senior-level advisory capabilities, deep knowledge of change methodologies, and experience guiding跨-country initiatives with global operating models.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or organizational design.
• Proven success leading OCM projects across Outsourcing, managed services transitions, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience guiding multi-country OCM programs, including Global Contact Center and Global Operating Model support.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and ITSM processes.
• Strong advisory skills with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
