Job summary

On-Demand Group is seeking a hands-on Integration Developer to rebuild and support system-to-system integrations for a new customer/loyalty data platform across internal applications and third-party vendors.

This role focuses on designing, building, and operating Python-based integrations, REST APIs, and SQL-based validation, with a hybrid work setup in the Twin Cities area. You will collaborate closely with a small team to deliver scalable data integration solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in software development focusing on integrations.
• Strong Python and REST API experience.
• SQL proficiency for validation and transformation.

• Local to Twin Cities and onsite 2 days a week.

We're seeking a hands-on Integration Developer to rebuild and support system-to-system integrations for a new customer/loyalty data platform (accounts, contact info, addresses, phone, etc.) across internal applications and third-party vendors.

Title

Customer Loyalty Platform Integration Developer (Python / APIs / SQL)

Location / Work Setup

• Hybrid - Twin Cities, MN (2 days/week onsite)
• Initial onsite locations: Stillwater or Hopkins, MN (first ~2 months)
• Then: Edina, MN
• Start: Early October

What You'll Do

• Design, build, test, and support integrations between a new loyalty platform and internal / vendor systems
• Develop Python scripts and integration logic for data movement and automation
• Build/consume REST APIs and work with JSON payloads
• Write and troubleshoot SQL for validation, reconciliation, and transformation support
• Support asynchronous and batch integration patterns
• Partner closely with a small team (Tech Lead, BA, QA) and third-party vendors

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of software development experience with a focus on integrations
• Strong Python
• Strong REST APIs + JSON
• Strong SQL
• Experience with system-to-system integrations and production troubleshooting
• Must be local to the Twin Cities and able to work onsite 2 days/week

Nice to Have

• Integration experience with customer/loyalty data or customer data platforms
• Retail/grocery domain experience
• Exposure to Salesforce integrations (and/or ECRS, Catapult)

Compensation
