Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics LLC is seeking an Integration Analyst responsible for designing and implementing data connections between external systems (ERP, TMS, or other) and BlueGrace’s platform. You will collaborate with the customer’s IT team and stakeholders to identify integration requirements while understanding system capabilities and architecture.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple implementations.
• Basic understanding of APIs and SFTP protocols; ability to read JSON, XML, X12 (EDI), and CSV/XLS formats.
• Experience with dev tools in a Support role, such as Postman, Azure DevOps, SQL.
• Strong attention to detail for meeting specifications, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytics capabilities with a process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review customer’s current-state processes to identify mid-level trigger points.
• Communicate requirements with customer management via emails and meetings; review API/EDI docs with IT teams.
• Collaborate with the business team to map optimal process flows using BlueGrace capabilities.
• Prepare design documentation such as SOWs, process flows, mapping docs, and DevOps work items.
• Execute end-to-end testing with the customer and flag discrepancies that cause requests to fail.
• Manage Go-Live deployments/configurations and post-go-live support.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to ongoing customer development.
