Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics is seeking an Integration Analyst in Florida to design and implement data connections between customer systems (ERP, TMS, or other) and BlueGrace’s platforms.

You will work closely with the customer’s IT team and internal stakeholders to define integration requirements, assess system capabilities, and produce design documentation and development work items. Relevant experience is required for qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data connections between external systems and internal platforms.
• Ability to read JSON, XML, X12 (EDI) and CSV/XLS formats and implement mappings.
• Proficiency with API documentation and testing tools.
• Strong communication with customer IT teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail for process mapping and design artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data connections between customer ERP/TMS and BlueGrace systems.
• Collaborate with customer IT and internal teams to identify integration requirements.
• Prepare design docs, process maps, and mapping artifacts (SOW, flows).
• Review API/EDI documentation with customer IT and ensure alignment with capabilities.
• Conduct end-to-end testing scenarios and communicate discrepancies clearly.
• Support Go-Live configurations and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot ongoing integration issues and participate in ad-hoc projects.
