Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a mid-level EDI Business/Integration Analyst to support customer integrations within a fast-paced logistics environment in Beachwood, Ohio. You will serve as the primary liaison between external customers and internal development teams, translating business requirements into technical integration solutions.

This role focuses on data flow, EDI transactions, and system integrations with end-to-end ownership of design and requirements, collaborating with offshore/nearshore

Qualifications

• EDI Experience: Hands-on experience with EDI transactions such as 214 and 990.
• Integration Knowledge: Understanding of how systems communicate via EDI, APIs, XML/flat files.
• Business Analysis / Requirements Gathering: Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders; translate requirements into specifications.
• Data Mapping Understanding: Familiarity with mapping concepts (field-to-field data relationships across systems).

Responsibilities

• Engage with logistics customers to gather integration requirements and lead discussions.
• Define data flow between systems using EDI and/or APIs and document EDI transactions.
• Provide clear functional specs to development teams and support iterative development.
• Investigate and resolve data integration issues and troubleshoot mapping discrepancies.
