Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical and project management lead for assigned services projects, requiring independent scoping, estimation, strategy, design, and development to meet customer expectations.
• Work closely with Account/Delivery Managers on multiple projects.
• Act as the technical owner accountable for project outcomes for assigned work.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives as requested.
• Contribute to formal education program curriculum development, content creation, training delivery, and certification evaluations as needed.
• Act as liaison between sales accounts team, Delivery team, customer, and end-users, ensuring awareness of opportunities, risks, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Application Integration, specifically with Rhapsody and in the Healthcare domain.
• 5+ years of experience building custom Rhapsody integrations in healthcare environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript within Rhapsody.
• 2+ years of experience with REST API integrations.
• Experience with HL7 v2, FHIR, X12, complex XML, and other healthcare data standards.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and senior consultants.
• Strong data analysis skills, including detecting correlations and patterns.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate and evaluate multiple solutions.
