An established industry player is seeking a Solution Architect for a transformative Talent Acquisition project. This role is pivotal in creating a model-based enterprise with a fully integrated digital thread throughout the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for translating requirements into solution designs, participating in design sessions, and documenting the architecture. With a flexible 4x10 work schedule, this full-time remote position offers the chance to work collaboratively within an Agile team. As a Solution Architect for the Talent Acquisition Transformation project, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming our end-to-end business processes and systems, creating a model-based enterprise with a fully integrated digital thread throughout the product lifecycle.
This position will be responsible for translating requirements into a solution design, creating the architecture diagram, participating in design sessions, and documenting the solution design to include integrations, data flow, and application modules. This position will also be responsible for articulating the overall technical vision for this TA solution, working collaboratively as part of an Agile team.
This role works a 4x10 schedule (every Friday off) and is scoped as full time telecommute (Remote), although alignment to a major Lockheed Martin facility is preferred.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
