Job summary

Sentara Service Line Administration in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a full-time Integration and Enablement Manager to lead mid- to large-scale projects with business partners. The role focuses on defining scope, implementing integrations, and driving end-to-end process optimization across data, processes, and systems.

The position is hybrid (three days on-site, two remote) with hours Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and requires a Bachelor's degree and PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Level Degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5 years of project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement Integration and Initiative scope for medium to large sized projects with business partners.
• Apply PM knowledge to project deliverables, processes and systems for end-to-end process optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
