Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) seeks a Work Window Coordinator to base in Aiken, SC. The role plans, coordinates, and executes an integrated schedule of Operations, Maintenance and Construction activities for Work Windows within the Work Management Center.

Responsibilities include coordinating weekly work, driving schedules, ensuring readiness, and communicating with facility management. Requires a related degree or equivalent experience and familiarity with Primavera, Maximo, Puridiom

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate's degree, or High School diploma/GED with relevant experience.
• Experience in E&I, Mechanical Maintenance, Operations or related fields.
• Familiarity with work control processes and government site environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all facility work activities scheduled during designated workweek.
• Leads activities within a framework of formal disciplined operations and post job/work window assessments.
• May direct the work of both exempt and nonexempt employees in a non-supervisory role.
• Communicates and follows through on continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develops, implements, and oversees assigned work activity schedule; includes creating initial task level schedules and assisting in resource loaded schedules.
