Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehousing experience in industrial, semiconductor, or distribution settings preferred.
• If applicable, 2+ years chemical warehousing experience may be required.
• HazMat certification or willing to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 2+ years inventory processing, cycle counting and reconciliation experience.
• Valid driver's license and DMV checks required.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• MS Word and Outlook; working knowledge of shipping and receiving software.
• Ability to work overtime on weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventive maintenance and incident reporting for warehouse safety.
• Must facilitate two-way communications with customer and with supervisors to ensure full customer satisfaction.
• Advise the supervisor(s) of potential new business opportunities with existing and/or new customers.

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:

• Work performed primarily at a customer site.

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.


• 2+ years warehousing experience in an industrial, semi-conductor, and/or distribution industry preferred.


• If applicable, 2+ years chemical warehousing experience may be required.


• HazMat certified or willing to complete the necessary training within 90 days of hire.


• 2+ years inventory processing, cycle counting and reconciliation experience.


• Knowledgeable of "two-tier" reporting, if applicable.


• Must possess a valid driver's license and be subject to periodic DMV checks.


• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, previous employment verification, federal and county criminal background check and maintain a valid driver's license.


• Computer literate in MS Word and Outlook; working knowledge of shipping and receiving software.


• Must be able to work overtime weekdays and/or weekends if needed.


• Must be reliable, dependable, punctual, and conscientious about production performance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.


• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
