Job summary

TestEquity is seeking a Warehouse Technician I in the Little Rock, AR area to handle order pulling, receiving, shipping, labeling, and inventory tasks. The role requires forklift and HazMat certifications, 2+ years of warehousing experience, and familiarity with TWL WMS and RF guns.

You will ensure accurate shipments, coordinate with carriers, perform cycle counts, and support ISO quality and safety initiatives while maintaining punctuality and attendance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HazMat certification or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 2+ years warehousing experience in industrial, semiconductor, or distribution.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (TWL) and RF guns preferred.
• 2+ years inventory processing, cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Valid driver's license may be required and DMV checks possible.
• Proficient with MS Word and Outlook; basic shipping/receiving software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders with accuracy for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Prepare freight bills and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with freight carriers for fastest and safest delivery.
• Ensure proper shipment to customer locations and minimize spills.
• Monitor inventory locations, shelf life, and FIFO; perform cycle counts.
• Maintain forklift operation certificates and compliance with HazMat/ISO requirements.
• Assist with ISO quality assurance and warehouse safety reporting.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; uphold safety gear usage.

Job Details: Job Location: AR Little Rock - North Little Rock, AR 72118, Position Type: Full Time, Summary/Purpose of the Position:

The Warehouse Technician I is responsible for order pulling, product receiving, shipping, packaging, labeling, inventory tracking, and other warehouse related tasks.

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:

• Accuracy in order pulling, shipping, and receiving of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Prepares freight bills and monitors accuracy of completion
• Works closely with freight carriers and delivery services to ensure fastest, safest, and most economical on-time delivery of products
• Ensures orders are shipped to proper customer location, minimizing spill rates
• Monitors bin locations, shelf life and FIFO, inventory counting, and cycle counts
• Must maintain valid certificate of completion for forklift operations
• Must maintain valid certificate of completion for DOT / HazMat 49 CRF 172.704 (Hazardous Material Transportation) and IATA, if applicable
• Must follow all federal and state compliance requirements in shipping and receiving products
• Assist with ISO quality assurance
• Responsible for preventive maintenance and incident reporting for warehouse safety
• Must facilitate two-way communications with coworkers and supervisory personnel to ensure full customer satisfaction
• Must wear appropriate safety gear while on duty
• Must monitor warehouse safety and personnel access to warehouse area
• Maintain a good attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2+ years warehousing experience in an industrial, semi-conductor, and/or distribution industry
• Warehouse management system experience (TWL experience with an RF gun is preferred)
• 2+ years inventory processing, cycle counting and reconciliation
• HazMat Certified or willing to complete the necessary training within 90 days of hire
• May be required to possess a valid driver’s license and be subject to periodic DMV checks

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
