Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Supply and Demand System Specialist to ensure accurate end-to-end forecasting, optimized replenishment, and high-quality master data across enterprise systems.

This role serves as Wawa’s RELEX Super User, applying deep expertise to improve in-store availability and reduce waste across 2 million article/site combinations and thousands of daily orders. You will partner with IT, RELEX, and business teams to design, test, and implement enhancements, train users,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, or supply chain systems.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment best practices.
• Experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, SAP Analysis for Office) and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Expand RELEX capabilities beyond store level forecasting.
• Create and enhance an integrated operating model connecting suppliers, warehouses, and stores.
• Serve as RELEX Super User with forecasting, replenishment, automation expertise.
• Maintain system configuration, master data, and replenishment rules.
• Provide first-line support for RELEX issues across functions.
• Design, test, and implement system enhancements with IT and RELEX.
• Develop a prioritized roadmap of system enhancements.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Align forecasting and replenishment with business requirements.
• Provide strategic recommendations to reduce waste and improve gross profit.
• Own system config for events, ML models, and replenishment optimization.
