Wawa, Inc. seeks an Integrated Supply and Demand System Specialist to own forecasting, replenishment, and master data across enterprise systems.

As RELEX Super User, you’ll drive end-to-end planning for 2M article/site combinations and 4,500+ daily orders across 1,200+ stores, enabling scalable, integrated planning with suppliers, warehouses, and stores. You will partner with IT and cross-functional teams to design enhancements, automate processes, and improve in-stock performance while reducing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business Intelligence is a plus.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, analytics, or supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Own system configuration and performance for forecasting, replenishment, promotions, and data quality.
• Provide analytical leadership and translate complex system data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and RELEX to design, test, and implement system enhancements and automation.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for system enhancements based on business needs and user feedback.
• Lead training and support to strengthen end-user capabilities across the organization.
