Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Colorado Highlands Ranch is seeking a level 2 Program Planner to support the NSS GCN team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules across design through operations, coordinating with Engineering, Finance, and Business Ops, and ensuring contractual scope is reflected in schedules.

Candidates will have 1–3 years in planning, familiarity with EVM principles, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. U.S.

Qualifications

• Awareness of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations
• Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required
• Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management
